From June 18 to 22, the national sales team of Qianjiang Robot held a mid-2022 working conference at the headquarters in Wenling. The content of the meeting includes technical training, mid-year report, visit to the new factory in the east of Wenling, analysis of the current situation, process summary of the strategic ideas and core work proposed in the work report at the beginning of the year, introduction of advanced experience, summary of core problems, study and deployment of key work planning in the second half of the year.
I. Technical training:

Technical knowledge is an important intangible asset and an important means and catalyst of technological innovation. Control system, electrical, ontology and other core technology departments take the lead in sharing cutting-edge knowledge, and increase the energy of rapid response and technical improvement for sales elites through continuous learning.

Ii. Year-end Report:

"Learning without thought is useless; thinking without learning is perilous." Work is not only hard work, but also important to review and think from time to time. We should not only be good at building up momentum, but also be good at recognizing changes and responding to them in a rational and scientific way. Although the overall economic situation in the first half of the year was slightly depressed compared to previous years due to the impact of the epidemic, all employees made concerted efforts to overcome it, carried out marketing innovation to meet customer needs as the core, and sprint the sales target.

Iii. New factory Visit

With a total investment of more than 1 billion yuan, the new smart factory is a key demonstration project supported by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. It is one of the world's largest kitchenware production bases. Through the construction of intelligent factories, we will create a new model of intelligent manufacturing, build a first-class demonstration base for robot research and development, manufacturing and application in China, and build industrial intelligent manufacturing demonstration factories. Qianjiang Robots will move to a new factory in eastern China this year, with an annual output of more than 20,000 units.
